What You Can Customize at 300 Pieces
The 300-piece minimum applies to the layer above an existing model — not to new tooling.

Mold and structural changes are the one thing a 300-piece run cannot buy. A new shell shape or a redesigned liner is a separate tooling project with its own budget and minimum order.
Stock models are simpler: if you only need stock colors and stock packaging, quantities can be flexible.
How the Process Works
- Stock sample — free. We send a stock model without your logo so you can check the shape, weight, and finish in your hands. You cover the freight.
- Custom sample — 7 to 20 days. Once you pick a model and send your logo files and colors, we make a customized sample for your approval.
- Production — 7 to 50 days. After you confirm model, colors, logo, packaging, and size mix, your order goes into production. Timing depends on order size and complexity.
- Inspection and shipping. We coordinate inspection, packing, and export documents, and hand the goods to your forwarder.
Every date above is confirmed in writing for your specific order before production starts — not a promise made on a webpage.
Certification: What to Confirm Before You Order
Certification is available by model and market, not by default. Some of our models have been tested to EN 1078 (CE) and 16 CFR 1203 (CPSC), and we can provide the test report for the exact model you order.
Before you order, confirm four things in writing: which standard, which model, which test house, and the date.
